TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
These policies and procedures in conformity with The Employment Act - Laws of Kenya, shall govern the terms and conditions of employment with B+P(K) and any other subsequent and relevant legislation related to employment in Kenya.
This HR Policy represents the rules and policies established by the Management with contribution from staff of B+P(K) As a condition of employment:
• All Employees are asked to strictly adhere to these rules and policies.
• Any request for a variance (exception) must be brought to the attention of the Director prior to an employee’s intended action, and if approved, a written authorization must be obtained.
I also understand that the Company may revise, supplement or rescind policies, procedures or benefits described in the manual, with or without notice.
